The speed of wow would say it takes between 48 hours depending on fresh install of your net and comp gl.

The new continent the new death knights start as level 55 so they probly have lot of glitches stillplus the death knights start as level 55 so they are adding bunch of glitches stillplus the death knight starting level.

Because it’s a big game that is constantly evolving. Upgrades that were released after your CD were burned have to come from somewhere. What’s retarded is you expecting them to appear by magic.
